Then we put the template in the duplicating grinder (fig 2) and make a set of cutters of high speed steel
(Weinig Rondamat Grinder Model # 931)

Then set the cutters in the cutting head (fig 3) and align using the set up stand.

The bottom cutter heads take out cupping and help prevent splitting. The Extrema can run 100 ft.per.minute and can cut tongue and groove profiles as well, up to 14" wide.
